Why counselling and psychotherapy?

Counselling and psychotherapy offers the opportunity to talk about how you are feeling in a safe and confidential environment. A counsellor or psychotherapist is impartial and non-judgemental and will listen to the whole story without being hurt or offended. They can help you explore how you are feeling and better understand yourself and what may have happened to you. If you wish they can help you develop strategies to that help you move forward.

Contact Sam Robb-King if you are interested in exploring counselling and psychotherapy on samrobbkingcounselling@gmail.com or visit samrobbkingcounselling.com
